We are excited to announce our Coaching Line up for our Youth teams this coming season. We pride ourselves on having suitably qualified and experienced coaches to lead and develop our teams and players.

Under 13s Boys | South Coast Flame welcomes Neil Blackmore to the club. Neil originally from the UK, received his coach education through the English FA and we are looking forward to seeing him working with our youngest NPL team in conjunction with our Technical Director, Matt Borg who will also be heavily involved in this age group.

Under 14s Boys | We welcome back Mick Panozzo who had a very successful season last year with this age group in Under 13s. Mick who has recently completely part 1 of the FFA/AFC Advanced B Licence is looking forward to taking this squad to next level in NPL football.

Under 15s Boys | South Coast Flame are delighted to announce the appointment of Jason Spencer as our 2020 Under 15s coach. Jason who needs no introduction locally with his outstanding record in the IPL is looking to bring his outstanding understanding of the game and professionalism to our youth boys.

Under 16s Boys| After a hugely successful first year at the club, Ben Schmid is looking to build on the 2019 success with the squad and shaking up the Under 16s NPL2 competition. Ben has recently completed Part 1 of the FFA/AFC Advanced B Licence and is looking to bring this increased knowledge to the playing group in 2020.

Under 14s Girls | We welcome back Lachlan Raymond for 2020 having completed his first year with the club in 2019. A young up and coming accredited FFA/AFC Advanced Youth C Licence coach, Lachlan is looking to develop himself and the playing group further into the new season having built a sound foundation throughout this year.

Under 15s Girls | We are pleased to announce the returning of Ryan Trevor in 2020 season having secured the GCL Under 14s major premiership this year. Another exciting young coach who is looking to steer the squad to back to back premierships in 2020.

Under 17s Girls | South Coast Flame is excited to welcome and announce Matt Roodenrys to the club having spent previous seasons working within the FNSW State Skill Acquisition Program. Matt who impressed on last year’s FFA/AFC advanced Youth C Licence conducted by our Football Development Manager Jonathan Forster, is looking forward to taking an Under 17s squad who has had incredible success in the previous two seasons in the GCL competition.
