We are incredibly proud of our Technical Director for SAP Brad Moreira, and Technical Director for GSAP Ryan Trevor, for presenting at the Football NSW Coaches workshop at the home of football Valentine Park on Wednesday night. They had the chance to share their JDL framework journey with other TDs and coaches from all NPL level clubs. They outlined ‘The Flame way’ of coaching and player development, with a thorough and detailed explanation of how the Flame SAP and GSAP training sessions directly link to game day outcomes and scenarios.
We acknowledge and recognise the intensive amount of time and work that both TD’s have put into the Junior Development League framework in order to create and achieve successful and professional programs. Congratulations to you both on a fantastic presentation at the workshop giving other Clubs a taste of ‘The Flame way’ and ‘Flame DNA’. They have instilled high standards in this domains, driving the club forward in this area, bringing success and recognition to the program.
