Match Reports

This weekend sees the opening round of competitive matches for South Coast Flame in the Senior Women, Youth Girls, and Youth Boys competitions.

This is the first season all Flame’s female sides will be competing in the Football NSW Leagues. This means the teams will all feature against the same opposition each week. On Sunday, Flame will make the trip to Seymour Shaw to face UNSW.

Flame’s Youth sides will be hoping to carry on from several strong seasons in the Girls Conference League where they won numerous honours over the years.

For the Senior Women, this will be their first match in FNSW League One in what will be a hotly contested match against UNSW. In the unfinished 2021 season, the students were eighth after 11 games. After an introductory year in 2021 in the local competition and several trials under their belt, Flame coach Daniel Naumovski will be looking for his side to make a positive start in this league on Sunday.
