– John Whiddett

After nearly four years with the Club, Chair John Whiddett is stepping down from the Board of South Coast Flame Football Club.

John has achieved an amazing 40 years of Football Administration at Club, Association, and FNSW at both Junior & Senior levels. He has been involved in Representative Football for 25 years at Association, FNSW and South Coast Flame.

From a Flame perspective, John was part of the inaugural board and has assisted over many years in various capacities, including game day assistance, player welfare liaison, FNSW Standing Committee representative for the club and obviously as the Chair of the club over the last number of years.

South Coast Flame Football Club would like to acknowledge and thank John Whiddett for his commitment and positive contribution to the club.

Board Director, Mike Dodd, has accepted the role of Chair and looks forward to continuing the high standard that John had set during his tenure.

The Board of Directors are now seeking Expressions of Interest from those interested in joining the South Coast Flame Board.
